Do you offer free samples of your filament?

Short answer

No — we don't offer free filament samples for standard orders.

The only exception is bulk purchasing. If you're buying in volume and need to qualify a material before committing, tell us as part of your bulk request and our team will let you know what's possible for your order.

If you're buying in bulk

1. Fill out the bulk and custom order quote form with the material, diameter, colour and quantity you need.
2. Mention in your message that you'd like to evaluate the material first, and what you plan to print.
3. Our team will follow up with pricing and confirm whether sample material can be included with your quote.

For anything other than bulk quoting, use the contact page — bulk requests go through the dedicated form so they reach the right people.

Before you order a new material

If your goal is to find out whether a material will work for your application, these help before you spend anything:

• Check the published print settings for the material — see "Where can I find the printing temperature for a material?"
• Confirm spool fit if you run an AMS or MMU — see "Are your filament spools compatible with a specific printer or AMS/MMU setup?"

If you're still not sure which material suits your part, contact us and describe the application. We print daily and can usually narrow it down to one or two options.
